You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE ROKDA7 PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT, INFORMATION, AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE OFFERED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rokda7 expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
